Pretty sure Beastlords never could. Your double caps at 25 because you aren't supposed to innately get double attack. At level 71 Beastlords and Bards were given the ability to train it, but only up to a small cap (25). After that you rely on focii from items like Ferocity.

As for triple attack.. Nope.. That's what you miss (minus AA's) for not being a pure melee/combat hybrid. Reasoning on live was that pets are the other couple attacks you're missing (and bards were support oriented).

Dunno what the vision is here, but thats the basic justification
